Welcome to Maa Mangala Home Care. By hiring our caregivers, nurses, or subscribing to our home healthcare support packages, you agree to comply with the following service terms and conditions:


1. Caregiver Shift Schedules

All caregiving services are offered in defined timing slots:

  • 12-Hour Day Shifts: Typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • 12-Hour Night Shifts: Typically scheduled from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • 24-Hour Residential Shifts: Caregiver resides at the client's home, requiring adequate sleeping arrangements and meals provided by the client.

2. Free Replacement Guarantee

Maa Mangala Home Care takes complete responsibility to cover caregiver leaves. If your designated caregiver takes an approved leave or falls ill, our scheduling coordinator will arrange a replacement. However, we request a 24-hour notice whenever possible for custom schedules.

3. Direct Payments Prohibited

All service payments must be paid directly to the **Maa Mangala Home Care** agency bank account or UPI handle as stated in the invoice. Clients are strictly prohibited from paying cash, loans, or bonuses directly to the caregiver. The agency will not be responsible for any losses arising from direct financial transactions.

4. Client-Caregiver Safety & Abuse

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against physical, verbal, or emotional abuse of our staff members. Caregivers must be treated with respect and dignity. In case of any conflict, clients should contact our service coordinator immediately rather than taking direct measures. The agency reserves the right to cancel services immediately in cases of abuse.

5. Clinical Liabilities Disclaimer

While our caregivers and nurses are qualified, they operate under the care directives of the patient's primary treating physician. Maa Mangala Home Care is a home support coordinator and does not assume liability for critical medical decisions, natural disease progressions, or hospital complications.
